Michael W Trumbull
Mike has a degree in mining engineering (first class honours) from the University of Queensland and a master of business administration (MBA) from Macquarie University. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, he has over 35 years of broad mining industry experience with companies including MIM, Renison, WMC, CRA, Amax, Nicron, ACM and Beaconsfield Gold.
From 1983 to 1992, he worked with ACM and ACM Gold as, progressively, Senior Mining Engineer, Project Manager - Westonia Gold Mine, Resident Manager - Westonia Gold Mine and General Manager - Investments.
He was one of the founding directors of Beaconsfield Gold (now BCD Resources) when it listed on the ASX in 1993 and sub-underwrote the Company's first equity raising to carry out deep drilling of the Tasmania Reef below the old workings. From March 1993 to November 2004, he was the sole Executive Director for Beaconsfield Gold (now BCD Resources) and was involved in the exploration and subsequent mine development at Beaconsfield.

Executive Director

Colin Glazebrook
Colin is a geologist B.Sc. (Geology Hons, Geophysics) and a Fellow and Chartered Professional (Management) of the AusIMM. He has over 46 years experience in the resources industry in executive positions ranging from General Manager to Executive Chairman including 31 years involvement in gold and base metal exploration in all States and Territories in Australia and internationally in New Zealand, the South Pacific, Indonesia and the former Soviet Union. In Victoria, he has directed exploration and mining activities at various gold properties including the Wattle Gully Gold Mine at Castlemaine, the Poverty Reef at Tarnagulla, the A1 Mine at Woods Point, Glen Wills and Cassilis.
Colin is Chief Executive Officer and Exploration Manager and is in charge of the day to day running of the company.

Geoff Turner
Geoff Turner, a geologist with a B.Sc (Hons) & M.Sc (Exploration & Mining Geology), is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG). He has over 30 years experience in mineral exploration in the Lachlan Fold Belt, the Tanami, the West African Shield and the Yilgarn. Since 2000, he has managed his own exploration services company based in Bendigo, Exploration Management Services Pty Ltd, which provides field and technical services to the mineral industry.
Geoff is a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee and has an involvement in the exploration activities of the company.

Kevin J Perrin
Mr Perrin is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and since 1975 has been a partner in a Ballarat firm of CPAs, Prowse Perrin & Twomey, which conducts an accounting, taxation, audit and financial advisory practice.
Since 1990, he has been a director and shareholder of Prowse Perrin & Twomey Investment Services Pty Ltd, an independent investment advisory firm holding an Australian Financial Services Licence. Prior to that time, he held a personal Securities Dealers Licence and was a member of the Stock Exchange of Ballarat Limited.
Mr Perrin has been a Non-Executive Director of gold producer BCD Resources NL, and Chairman of that company’s Audit and Risk Management Committee, since February 2006.

Joe Fekete
Joe is a qualified accountant who undertook his studies at Phillip Institute (now RMIT). He is a fellow of the Australian Society of the CPA's and Institute of Corporate Secretaries and has over 20 years of broad experience. He has been part of a team to IPO a waste management company to the NSX and has managed and directed financial matters in various companies as CFO or Financial Controller. These industries include Travel, Advertising, Construction, Retail & Wholesale distribution. Whilst unrelated to this industry, he is a director of a Travel Agency that has been awarded the best Australian Retail Agency 2007.

Alfonso M G Grillo
Alfonso holds BA & LLB degress and is a Partner at TressCox Lawyers. He has experience in many aspects of commercial law including ASX Listing rules and mergers and acquisitions and advises resource industry companies in relation to mining and exploration.
